Jerra came completely clean on how he TRULY views “his Cowboys” today at the premiere of The Gambler and his Cowboys. In a nutshell, Jerra told the world that the Cowboys are about more than winning & losing as there are plenty of people on both sides of that issue. He said The Cowboys are a 365 day a year soap opera and that he will do ANYTHING to keep the Cowboys brand in the news, as that adds to the mystique of the Cowboys! Well Jerra, you’re dead wrong! The mystique was born out of WINNING! I’m 61 years old and have a 28 & 26 year old who have never seen the Cowboys win anything and all they want is to see them win a Super Bowl, all of the other crap be damned! So, if admittedly Jerra doesn’t really care about winning and it’s more about him holding the spotlight, why should we care? We all know the Cowboys will never win until the Jones’ step aside and let a football GM take over. So with that, I’m done as far as being a vested fan of the Cowboys in the W’s & L’s each year, I’m done traveling to Texas every year to watch a game with a piss poor product on the field, I’m done buying their jerseys & memorabilia etc. etc. The sad thing is if the entire world called for Jerra to step aside, he with his incredibly disgusting ego wouldn’t flinch! At least we had Jimmy!!

I'll always be a Cowboys fan. But l quit buying Cowboys merchandise for myself years ago. I have bought my grandson Cowboys jerseys for Christmas, but l won't crush his fandom just because l'm disappointed with Jerry. He's too young to understand that, and shouldn't have to.

wait..... someone started a bash Jerry thread? I am devastated. I never in a million years thought I would see such negativity towards our owner on this site. I might have to have another margarita. Cabo Wabo Blanco is quite good...... not as good as Johnny Walker Blue though!

I think we should all get a lawsuit together on Jerry for robbing us and for mental damage due to a NFL only caring about money
and Jerry would have his defense roll in those three silver trophies and say... defense rests. I will keep asking this question. Since Jerry hasnt won a title in like 79 years, why hasnt the rest of the league passed him up in SB wins?

I can understand the frustration, but you're really just learning this today?

Bye, Felicia.

Jerry is unserious about winning another Ring. Like I've said many times, if we happen to get to the big dance again it won't be because of him. It will be despite the Joneses. Thank God the staff and players have something to say about this.

I have Rangers and Mavs gear, no Cowboys because of Jerry. Jerry said it's a soap opera...wrong, it's a comedy how far he's ran the "Football" team in the ground.

It was all Jimmy. Jerry was like the suits who put on a hard hat and walk around to view the progress at a construction site. Jerry got updates and spoke to the media, but Jimmy built those Championships.
