I was afraid of that. My gosh, that won't get better as the season goes on. Just VERY poor judgement by the FO and coaching staff to think he's still got it: because he doesn't.

The FO and coaches know what Free is. Its not about them not knowing. You just cant have all pro players in every position.
Free is a good player overall. He wasn't the reason we lost today. In fact Collins had a worse game than Free.

First NFL start by a fourth round rookie against a very good defense. Took everything NY had to squeak it out.

Bodes well for our future.

Remember, Dak started the season with no intention of being the guy. Unlike Wentz, he was expected to sit a couple of seasons. Yet, he had a very solid outing.

Much better than many other rookie QBs had in their first outings.

That's true about Collins. I've never seen him play that bad before. Hopefully his sophomore slump only lasted one game.
