The organizers of
Vail Gay Ski Week announced yesterday that the Denver-based
GLBT Community Center of Colorado, The Center, has been selected as the principal nonprofit beneficiary for the 2010 event scheduled for January 27 - 31, 2010.
Presented by Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals, Vail Gay Ski Week will be working with The Center in a number of different areas promoting its event as part of the partnership that aims to raise $10,000 for The Center - Colorado's only statewide GLBT community center.
"By raising these funds, we will help The Center reach its long-term goal of purchasing and renovating a new building in Denver," said Tommy Z. Hoffman, founder and CEO of Vail Gay Ski Week.
