I been trying to remember but has the coaches (Wade or Garrett) call a DEEP pass for DEZ in the 1st 2 games? I dont think they have. If he was drafted for big time plays and his catching ability why dont they try. At least stretch the defense. the longest play cowboys made or tried is 25 yards? They are being to Conservative and keeping everything close to the line of scrimmage making it easier for the defense. I know the bears defense is the tampa 2 but you still have to try every now and then so they dont crowd the line.

I gotta believe it's probably been called but hasn't worked out in the way they plan.

Personally, I'd like to see him get a ball thrown deep in his direction every time he has single coverage. I don't think there's a DB that can out-jump him.

Garrett's too preoccupied trying to get him a screen pass.

have you not looked at what the offensive line is doing....do you really have to ask why they haven't thrown deep, no consistant running game, they CANT throw deep because there's no time for the play to develop ....

That wasn't the plan last week.

And against the Skins it was quick passes because of OL.

Relax.

Dez isn't world class speed anyway. He's more of what Miles was doing last year. Miles or Ogletree are the fastest WR's on this team.

Ummm....he can stretch a field I know that much from watching him at OSU.

The way he plays we should be going deep to him "several" times a game. He excels at climbing the air and coming down with balls.

you might want to learn some football son, he's not getting off the line, he's not releasing to the outside getting forced inside, not fully running his routes, talk he's not into the playbook, you see plenty of times when Romo coming out of the huddle telling Dez where to line up. On the Austin INT, he didn't take his man outside and the DB came off of Dez for the INT, like I said, go learn the position and get back to me..
