It's odd to say such a thing about a guy with a 20 sack season, because he's always been a dominant rusher, but he's pulling out new tricks this season we haven't really seen.

I knew Ryan was going to move him around and get him over the RT and coming up the middle, which is great, but his use of the inside move and the spin move especially has been awesome to watch. I don't know if it's Ryan encouraging him to use the spin or if he just decided to work on it himself this offseason, but he's doing a great job with it.

I said before the season I think he's going to break the single season sack record this year, and I still think he will. I honestly think the only thing standing in his way are Spencer, Ratliff, and Hatcher if he gets healthy cleaning up some of his sacks before he gets there.

For whatever reason......Ware doesnt get the calls .....

We have witnessed countless times how Ware was so quick off the ball to get a sack......and then there is a flag....

We have witnessed countless times Ware being tackled.....held....etc....and no flags to be seen.

Funny thing is...other high profile pass rushers...in the past and current....seemed to get those calls.

Not only does Ware have to beat a OT....a double team......but he also has to beat the refs.

Its pretty amazing what he has accomplished so far in his career

I complained last year about Ware not passing the eyeball test in spite of his terriffic numbers (I've since changed my thinking on that) but this year you can just feel as well as see the continuous pressure he puts on QB's and the offensive line. Even when he isn't getting the sack, the qb is having to move his feet, nearly every play. Their is no mistaking who the king of our defense is and I just hope that he can stay healthy and do this for the whole year. Much man love comin your way DW.

I live in the NYC area and even my buddies that are Jets fans acknowledge Ware as the best defensive player in the NFL.

ESPN pumps ways more Revis hype than Jet fans.

D-Ware has always been dominant but he's taking it to the elite of the elite status with his moves... SICK!

Ware's spin move left Trent Williams bolted to the floor...or tackling his legs from behind. :banghead:

......And when is the last time you saw Ware getting angry at an opposing player and not just the turf?

That's what coaching does. Stay Puff was the opposite of intensity.

That was right after Trent got pissed off and shoved Ware. You could see the fire light up in Ware's eyes after Trent shoved him. Then the very next play, Ware pulled the spin move out of his bag of tricks.

Ware definitely needs to use that more often. He never uses the spin move.

Where are all the Sean Merriman fans? DWare is the best defensive player in the league.

I remember seeing D-Ware try the spin once last year and it was clear it just wasn't going to work. He didn't have the timing of it down. I'll bet he worked on it this offseason, because the speed and timing of it was perfect last night when he used it.

When you're an elite speed guy off the edge which he is, the spin is the perfect inside move to complement that. He'll get a half dozen sacks with that spin this year I'll bet.
