2 8-10lbs Prime Ribs (the one on the left is trimmed and tied, the one on the right is next). These are going on the smoker in about half an hour for roughly 3 1/2 hours @ 225 to 250°.
2 3lbs slabs Pork Ribs, trimmed with membranes removed.
Ribs rubbed, fresh from over night in the fridge, ready for smoker.
