Dude that looks awesome.

Ribs sound so good.

That might be the best grill i've ever seen too.

You should get one of those Dallas Cowboys stickers and put a star on it next time you get the chance.

Funny you should mention that. There is a local welder who is a pretty good artist here in town. I was talking to him last weekend and he's going to design me a Cowboy star and Longhorn head made out of some nice looking metal he'll weld onto the large lid. ;)

Na, that pic is from mid-summer, right after I got the smoker.

Trust me, that grill is not that clean and pristine looking anymore! :laugh1:

Pizza for lunch and tacos for supper with plenty of Bud Lights before during and after. Wanna guess what kind of a mood I'll be in tonight? :lmao:

Dayum...looks great...my homemade chilli doesn't look so great now:

3 lbs ground chuck
1 lb of super hot sausage
2 vidalia onions
1 green pepper
6 dried red hot peppers, cut up with seeds included
chilli powder
cumin
flour
sugar
oregano
pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, yellow corn, lentil beans
crushed and diced tomatoes
1/2 can of chicken broth
jalipeno juice to taste
cooked in the crock for 24 hours, topped with shredded jack cheese.
