I'm really liking Lance Dunbar as a receiver

IDK.
Dunbar is the security blanket and he was not really covered (2 steps in front of a DE). So the play is designed to help out the QB when under preassure. Also Romo should have seen that missmatch before the snap.

But Romo never adjusted to the blitz. Not the blocking (getting Witten to the line to block) or throwing to the RB.
Tried to hit the first read thru the whole play. To his buddy Witten. And gues what ? No 27 knew it all the way (like i guess half of the stadium after Romo starred at Witten for about 3 secs).

Thats a QB fault to me. And he paid for it.

The whole play was messed up, but why drag Dunbar across to the area that already had 3 options.

In fact Philly only had 2 guys covering 3 so Witten and Beasley should have been nowhere near each other.

But either way the ball has to come out quick, so leave the RB in or at least in a position to chip and drop out to a dump off if needed.

Romo has to do better, the OL could have read it better(Bern was in there) and the CB jumped the route, but trying to get creative with Dunbar left us exposed with little upside and we paid dearly for it.

cool. how about that first long bomb that was thrown to him in the eagles game? what happened there? they did it again and he caught it! keep that up please! UNT!!!!

Shows the confidence they have in his catching ability, and gives opposing D's a whole new level to worry about on defense. He has been timed as low as 4.37 in the 40, and is listed as a 4.4 guy so he has some Wideout wheels.
