I'm REALLY worried about the Tampa game...

The only worry I have is with Newman and Henry.

Are they ok?

I mean Roy Williams nailed Henry....and Newman took the hardest shot I've seen in some time.

Sometimes I think Roy is "Groo....the Wanderer". Anyone ever read that comic? He's kind of a parody of Conan the Barbarian

I remember one comic in particular where people are talking about Groo. One says, "My brother once fought against Groo and was killed by him."

Another says, "My brother once fought WITH Groo and was killed by him."

Sometimes it seems Roy is like that. I remember when he almost decaptitated both Darren Woodson and Patrick Ramsey on the same play.

I'm always amazed at how much Roy destroys ANYONE on the field, friend or foe. Maybe I'm just not old enough to have a valid comparison, but I've never seen anyone at any level of the game who just completely destroys players the way Roy does. This guy has a hit list of victims that flows a few feet.

Was watching the Tampa Bay, Commanders game today and saw Joey Galloway whiff on a pass because he felt Sean Taylor nearby. Can't wait to see what he does with Roy hunting him down this week. Payback time for those wasted draft picks.

There's nothing to worry about. The Indy game was the pace setter. We'll be up for every game from here on out. Happy Early Thanksgiving. It's going to be a great one!

I'm also in this camp...although, I seem to worry about every game. This game won't be a cake walk, IMO.

Although that Tampa D may be a little long in the tooth they still have some bite left. Their O? Doesn't really concern me, but I just think that their D will keep this game close.

Their D was awful against a very poor Foreskin team. I'm not concerned about the Bucs...

All I can say is..............

How Bout Them Cowboys

Groo was a great comic. I'd spend hours searching for the hidden message in every issue.

We haven't been THAT inconsistent with Romo. We're a blocked field goal away from being 4-0 with the kid leading this team.

Every NFL team worries me. Every game is winnable. Every game is also losable. But Tampa doesn't scare me any more than say Washington, Houston, Tennessee, etc.

I'm certainly not worried about this team's inability to get "up" for Thursday. I think they'll be ready.

Exactly. I posted awhile back our play with Bledsoe in there vs. our play with Romo in there and it was pretty much night and day.

I don't see us having a bad day on Thursday.

I'm not a player so I'll enjoy this win all the way up until 3:30 EST on Thursday.

I'm really not worried about Tampa though. Their offense is seriously inept. I think the only way they score an offensive TD on us is a Galloway catch and run or Galloway bomb.

I have the same feelings.

Gradkowski is a pretty decent rookie quarterback. But they're having to keep him reigned in somewhat because of his, and the offense's, limitations. Having watched their last two games, I've seen a lot of short passes. It seems like they go short, short then launch one deep. Short, short, launch another one deep. They take their shots deep, no doubt, but the majority of his passes SEEMS to me like they're shorter stuff. Could be wrong, though.

We've been maddeningly inconsistent this year (though that has definitely tapered off since Romo took the reins), and it wouldn't surprise me for this team to be hungover on Turkey day.

Enjoy this win tonight fellas, but we HAVE to be ready to play next week. A win would set up an absolutely huge rematch against the NY Tikis in the Meadowlands.

Let's hope that Hostile's prediction about this team running the table if we were to beat Indy today comes true...

We will enjoy our first 3 game win streak after Tampa game and then make it 4 against the Giants.

I'll be shocked (and disappointed) if the stadium isn't in a frenzy from the very start on Thursday because of the excitement carried over from today. On TV, the crowd seemed more vocal today than I can remember in a long time -- possibly ever.

I just hope that when Galloway makes his return to the stadium that he does the same things that he done for a good part of the year.

  • Not run the route through
  • Give up on attempt to catch the ball

Went to the Carolina Tampa game, and have been checking them out. They have MAJOR o line problems. Should be a field day for Ware and the boys. Cadillac has been in a sophmore slump. Grad isn't bad back there, but can't seem to hit receivers consistently particularly on deep balls. Galloway still can get behind the secondary which is always a cause for concern for us. Did Simeon Rice play today? He was out last week. If we take care of the ball we should roll!

He's 34 for 562 and 4TD's with a backup QB , what more do you want?

It's Turkey Day, everyone shows up.

Have you watched him play?

He quits on route/catch
