Like to see him put on 15-20 pounds of good weight. At the combine it looked like a good gust of wind would blow him over.

he is not an every down player this year. Situational pass rusher. Needs bulk big time. His arms are toothpicks.
will either implode or blossom into Charles Haley, who was bi-polar himself.

Perfect fit for us...aside from off field. We need his situational pass rush badly and he can have time to grow into more.

Amazing pick and value. Just get one of these rbs and i'm stoked!!!

He is similar to what Bruce Irvin gives the Hawks IMO.

He was a top 10 talent in this draft by most NFL experts, even considered a top 5 my many. He was top 3 by Mel Kiper.

We got him at 60.. huge value.

Jerry and co did their research. He's one of the prospects they've had the most communication with in the pre-draft process.

Dallas is where he wanted to be. We wanted him.

He fills a position of need for us, and is a long term prospect for if/when Hardy leaves after this season.

Overall, great pick, great value, great job by the Cowboys.

Rod Marinelli won't let Gregory be a bust. This pick is a hit.

I think he's an interesting prospect. People were interested in Shaq Thompson because of his versatility. Gregory is just as interesting. There's no denying that he's an elite pass rusher, probably the best in the draft. The issue is his size. Probably more fitted for 3-4 OLB but, then again, he'd waste his talents having to drop back in coverage in the 3-4. He's a guy you could put at DE or even at SLB in a Von Miller type role. I really hope Marinelli can be creative and find a way to move this guy around. Though I feel like Marinelli is a bit of a traditionalist. I think someone like Rob Ryan would love to have someone like Gregory.

What is so amazing about Gregory is his is thin but more often than not, he wins his matchup. He is the same length as JJ Watt and knows how to avoid the OL from getting their hands to control him. Of course this is the NFL and he will need to bulk up but he is already that good. I really feel we got the best pass rusher in the draft and @60 it's just a steal! He just needs to get out of trouble and keep improving on and off the field and I believe in him and our organization to get him straightened out.

You need new eyes. I have watched exactly five minutes of video of this guy and I already know what I know. This guy is our next Charles Haley, mark my words. Look at the closing speed. Look at the attitude.

I would have been somewhere between fine and happy with him at 27. At 60 you have to take him if you're comfortable with him. He has the chance to be an impact player.
