Welker was playing the NFL this year, Shipley was playing in college. Of course the results are going to be different.

Shipley is going to be a Welker type receiver. The same thing was said last year about Quan Cosby. Small, quick receivers who are good in the slot. The comparison is going to be made to the best slot guy in the NFL right now, which is Welker.
