Notice how their OL sucks, but doesn't seem to be as big issue for Simms as it is for Cowboys QB? I mean, Bucs OL really sucks, they are imitating cowboys OL a lot today.

Simms and even Brunnel have scrambled or avoided free pass rushers to give WRs 2-3 more secs to get open. That's what you have to do maybe 3-4 times each game, especially in a playoff game, to keep offensive drives alive. Brady and McNabb are the masters at sliding out of the pocket to buy extra time. I don't care how good/bad your offensive line is, you cant stand in one spot patting the damn ball for 4-5+ seconds waiting for a WR to gain seperation.

Only thing I disagree here is on McNabb. McNabb, can run, but is one of the worst in pocket and getting sacked. He was I believe always top 10 in getting sacked. Don't let his scrambles fool ya.

On other hand, you are on the money on Brady.

What makes you think that?

Skins defense will keep them in every post season game they play.....

I hate those bastids but I am definately not going to get on the "hate" bandwagon...they got just a good a shot as anybody else...

Then watch the Seattle game. They aren't going against a sucky OL. Last time they won was at home against Seattle, before they went on a roll. That OL will open holes for Shuan to run, unlike Bucs and will protect Hassleback.

Their offense being so putrid, they will fail in Seattle, unless some kind of massive meltdown happens to Seattle.

it feels like Seattle and Washington had played 5 times in the last 6 years.

The last time I remember losing the Seattle, Galloway played there, and we hadn't drafted Champ Bailey yet.

Yea thier Oline didnt slow them down at all they managed to put up a whole 10 points at home. All those 3 yard passes look great for youre completion percentages but they didnt put any points on the board.

Sir yes Sir...

WTH are you talking about Sucky OL? Did you not see how the Tampa Bay Offensive line played today? They held the Skins defense at bay the entire afternoon.

--They are one of the hottest teams in the NFC, winning 6 straight
--We damn near beat the seahawks, Washington Swept us
--The Gints should have beat them Hawks, 4 weeks later the Gints are beaten by Washington by 2 touchdowns
--They just went on the road and beat a Division winner. That NFC South was no joke

Give me a good old fashion stout defense over the MVP of the league and a
nice offense any day of the week...

I hate the *** Skins but these guys have a shot....a Cowboy fan should understand this.....

It makes me want to throw up seeing the skins & giants in the playoffs.....while we sit at home picking our noses........

Listening too Joe T slobbering all over himself....... &*&^&^%&(*)(_)-

Sorry had too vent a little.

how did you know i was picking my nose?

Vince Young, give me a break. Not in the NFL. He's going to get hurt in the NFL.

Yeah it kinda makes me mad that we let Galloway go when I don't think we really needed to in order to get Key. The two would've complemented each other well.
and yes on Simms too, we could've had him instead of Al "weaka**" Johnson. I like watching Simms play. If he had a good TE and one more WR, he might be deadly.

:hammer:

Anytme a defense only gives up 10 points while scoring 14 points for the team, and doing it away you can't be anything but be impressed.

No its not he will not be a good NFL QB....
Actually I think Vince Young can be a very good NFL QB if he gets the right situation (which goes for any player). He gets better at throwing the ball every year and he can make something out of nothing when a play breaks down. There is more to Vince Young than his running ability. But he won't be coming to the Cowboys so we will never know how he would have done for us.

Well, if you have seen their OL play this year, you would know why they do that. Actually it should be pretty apparent from the game today why they do short stuff. Its amazing that Cadillac put that many yards behind that OL. Its as bad if not worse than Cowboys, i.e. the teams that have winning record anyway.

Unfortunately, our OC/QB, don't seem to understand, it better to take a 3-4 yard gain rather than 10 yard sack or fumble.

Well maybe if we would stop bringing in re-treads and actually draft someone for the future at QB this is what you are going to have. And lets face it,,,next year will be the same thing you saw this year except for maybe and FA 0-line man. My faith has waivered with this team i am sorry to say.
