about the first playoff game, Tyron smith won't be close to 100% and that blowout win adds even more pressure on us to get the job done in the playoffs. 13 or 14 wins means nothing if we lose in the first game.

I am anything but nervous....

We are killing it with rookie QB, RB and scrappy, never break defense.

Everything after this is gravy.

Don't get me wrong. I want SB win. But this is... has been.....FUN!

The way the defense started last night was concerning but it seems like that's what they do. They kind of sleepwalk for the first quarter and a half then suddenly realize they are in a football game. I am not sure how that is going to work if we go against Atlanta or someone with an Elite offense. We might be down 21-24 points really quick. They will need to not do that come playoff time. All that being said, this team will give ANY team all it can handle. No need to be nervous. This isn't your 2000-2015 Cowboys.....I refuse to believe it is. They just pummel people in the 2nd half...

This is the way I feel too. Anything can happen in the NFL. We could win the Super Bowl or lose our first playoff game. This has been the most enjoyable season I can remember. Only 1992 comes close. No matter what happens I'm thankful for all the great wins the Cowboys gave us this year.

Tryon won't play against Philly, so he has nearly 3 calendar weeks to get right. Not worried at all.

Honestly, (barring a major injust in Philly) we are pretty much the healthiest team in the NFL, going into the playoffs.

Plus we have Mo coming back.

We are set up for a potentially great run. Let's enjoy the ride.

I guess you're the type that has a meltdown if a bill is overdue by a day or the person in front of you at the "10 items or less" line has 11 in their basket.

Not sure we need Mo. The secondary is playing very well. Oscan seems to be getting his quickness and feel back (still can't catch though). Carr was superb against the Lions.

First of all, yesterday's win doesn't do anything; it certainly doesn't "add pressure". If we'd lost, there would be people saying, "did the Cowboys peak too early? The pressure's really on now..." Can't win.

Second, we have at least 60 minutes of bonus Cowboys football comiing, so I couldn't be happier. The postseason is a crapshoot, so just enjoy the ride. The best way to win Super Bowls is to build a strong team that competes every year, whle understanding that the odds are against you in any single postseason. The Cowboys sure seem to be doing that.

I'd definitely bring Mo in for some sub packages to see if he's good. And if he is, I'd pull Scandrick.

Tyronhas been playing at 75% all year bulging discs do not heal when absorbing impact. He looked fine I am sure he will be light duty this week

I feel bad for next guy that he runs into when he starts running down field.

Another thing, 13-2 means something. If the Cowboys go out and lose the first playoff game people are going to run with the thought that the season was a waste. I won't be among them. Those people are just extremely short sighted.

If this was Romo, yes...what did the season all mean if you lose at home in your first playoff game? With Prescott it means a lot. That's just being fair.

13-2 with a rookie QB. No matter if this leads to playoff heartbreak, this is an historic season for the Cowboys. This should not be happening. Every damn fan of this team should walk away from this season feeling good about it's future.

He'll be as healthy as he has probably been all year 3 weeks from now.

Don't worry.

Man.... I felt the same way during...

1991 after loss to lions. Felt like we were become force... unstoppable force
1992 victory
1993 rinse, then repeat
1994 almost
1995 revenge

Three in four baby

Let's do it again!

AMEN....considering our honest expectations before and after Romo's injuries and our fear of what the defense would be with almost no changes from the previous year, the has truly been a dream season with all arrows pointing up for the next few years.

I feel a bit sorry for fans who can't enjoy the moment because they're worrying about potential failure down the road. If you can't have fun when the team is 13-2, when can you?

Could Dallas lose the first playoff game? Of course. Any team can. So are we to feel anxious every season until the clock runs out in the SB and the Cowboys have a lead? That doesn't sound like fun. That sounds like a job, one that other people are paid very well to perform.

I'm just a fan. I don't need to carry that burden.

That's a nice little diatribe but look at last years SB teams, you will see they are both sitting home for the playoffs this year. Cardinals were the NFC favorites and they are sitting home. You can take whatever you think you know and throw it out the window in the NFL.
