They beat absolutely no one this year, they beat a tampa team today that had no business making the playoffs, we beat them twice, they are very overated

cowboys 34
giants 17

Haven't you heard Eli is now the best QB in the league. He has grown up before our eye's in 2 weeks (for the fifth time in 3 years).

He has blossomed! He is the future of their franchise! He no longer makes mistakes! He had one game without an interception!

What has it been 3 years they have been saying that. He has come of age! How many times can you do this. He isn't a new player in the league any more.

You're tired of hearing about them already? Holy cow, lace up your sneakers man. Before game time their defense will once again be the most formidable force in the NFL.

And then Right after the game we will hear about all their injuries ......

It has happened after every big game we have had this year.

Absolutely. The hype has not yet begun.

This is the best matchup we could have hoped for.

I'm excited as heck to be going to this game!

I love it! I'm serious, I love how the Giants are always touted and talked up before each time we face them. And then I love how we kick their a$#%. Dallas always does better whent they are the underdog. I would have hated to face Tampa Bay. Everyone would have talked as if we are going to beat them by 2 touchdowns and then they beat us. With the Giants, a lot of analysts will pick them to beat Dallas. That's good for us.

Their pass rush will sack Romo 12 times, Kevin Boss will abuse Roy Williams, Brandon Jacobs will run over our weak run defense, Corey Webster will shut TO down, yada yada yada.

Oh and Antonio Pierce, Jacobs, Burress, Strahan, and Shockey will be talkin trash all week long.

Got this from DC.com, so take it for what it's worth. If we truly are recovering across the board, then we will do well. Let's hope we remain healthy throughout the play-offs.

WR Terrell Owens - The wide receiver is out of the protective walking boot for his high ankle sprain and has done some light jogging, according to head coach Wade Phillips, who is expecting Owens to play in the Jan. 13 playoff game. Owens suffered the injury against Carolina.

WR Terry Glenn - Continued to practice with seemingly little problem on his right knee. Glenn made his season debut last Sunday in Washington and expects to have an increased role in the offense in the playoffs, even with Owens' possible return to the lineup.

C Andre Gurode - Practiced on Thursday with limited participation, still nursing a left knee sprain. Gurode missed the last two regular-season games after suffering the injury against Philadelphia on Dec. 16.

S Pat Watkins - Practiced again Thursday despite an ankle sprain that has kept him out of action the last two games. Watkins should be ready to play in the Jan. 13 divisional game.

NT Jay Ratliff - Missed the Commanders game because of a sprained knee he suffered against the Eagles. Ratliff practiced Thursday and is expected to play in the playoffs.

CB Terence Newman - Held out of the Washington games with a knee injury, but has practiced all week, including Thursday.

S Keith Davis - The safety slightly sprained his left knee in the third quarter last Sunday in Washington. But he practiced again Thursday and should be fine for the playoffs.

I don't expect a lot out of Glenn in next week's game. I'd love to see it, but he'll still probably be limited.

But if we get past the Giants.... this could be the thing that puts us over the top.

Thats a standard media line if Eli plays in a game that meets any three of the following criteria:

1. Eli plays one snap or more.
2. Manning family member in attendence.
3. Manning family member on TV.
4. Peyton commercial plays during a TV timeout.
5. Eli throws no more than two interceptions.
6. NYFG rushes for more than 130 yards.
7. Eli throws for over 150 yards.
8. Eli's completion percentage is over 50%.
9. NYFG's defence holds opposing team to less than 300 yards total offense.
10.Eli gives post game interview in silly red hat while doing Gomer Pile impression "awww shucks".

For fun, see if you can see which ones applied to today's game.

For a super hard bonus, see which ones applied to the Pats game.
