I'm tired of needing a new HC

What has happen to Americas Team that every few years we need a new HC.
Man, at some point you have to blame Jerry for what has transpired with this team over the years. It has been so long since the days of winning SBs that we are now no better than Detroit who has never been in a SB.

Jerry, don't be another Al Davis, give your son more decision making with this team. We can hope.

That's what you get when your top two candidates have proven to be loser or mediocre every where they have gone and you want to give them a 3rd chance

I know it is easier to look at one guy versus twenty two guys, but at some point, it has to be done.

i think he was under the impression he'd have more control than, in his opinion, he ended up with

that said, i do not like parcells and didn't want him in Dallas. he was not invested in the franchise, imo

FYI-Parcells DID have the final say on TO coming here. Yes-it was Jerry's idea. And yes, Jerry really wanted TO. But in the end, it was Parcells who had the authorization to sign off on him.

Also-Jerry even granted Parcells' wishes to cut Larry Allen.

Bill Parcells had all kinds of control at Valley Ranch. That is one of the main reasons the reporters in Dallas hated him so much.

You guys need to start looking at the players. Who exactly is the leader on this team?

Parcells was a quality coach. He only came here because he needed the money.

Jerry as the owner will always know that he has the final decisions concerning this team.

He is too involved imo, and needs to take a step back, hire a GM that actually knows the game, and let that GM select the coaches and players.

Jones is not a GM, he is not a coach, and he should not act like one.

His meddling goes way beyond what is best for the team.

It's likely not a big reach to think that most thought Wade was a short term HC when he was hired. I never thought he would be here for 8-10 years by any means. This season doesn't end good he will only last two seasons.

Well-this is the DOWNSIDE of hiring Parcells. In the long run, you never know when he will bolt unexpectedly, leaving everyone in dissaray. Happened in NY and NE, and it happened here when his late bolting gave Jerry very little time to hire a HC in time for scouting the draft and FAs.

A Ron Rivera or a Mike Singletary, neither of whom have any HC experience, wouldn't have done it with little time remaining.
