I’ve searched the support zone and can’t find the rules for posting image

CowboysZone has never hosted images due to legal liability reasons.

You just need to find an image host provider, upload the image, get the direct image share link (and NOT embed/HTML code) and post the image via url.

I cannot upload images in posts either so you're not alone

It's easy enough that even I can do it. I use Postimages because it is the most basic hosting site I came across. No ads popups and unwieldly frills to deal with. Once you are set up on that you're only a few clicks and a few seconds away.

I use Postimage too. It's free and easy to use. They don't bombard you with popup ads or anything like that. Here's an image I posted there a while back.
