dallas will have speed at both running back and wide receiver. can the coaches get the most out of them ithink they will. and the defense should be out of sight.I like the big rb from north dakota st , i think this kid is gonna be something special.

Thoughts on impact of the threat of explosive running plays (20+ yards, or maybe even 10+) will have on the offense?

For all the Zeke was strong at, that was not one except his rookie year (at least based on statistics quantitatively and the fact that he had an arguably generational offensive line qualitatively). And coincidentally pollard seems statically to be like league best at it, though that could change with injury and role changes.

Like technically would that open up the short passing game, help the outside WRs because CBs have the concern etc?

Maybe some of you with high level experience (coach, players, etc) can chime in pls?
Sadly everyone wanted us to run the offense through zeke and his 1-2 yard runs on plays! We need those big plays, seeing guys get 4+ yards a run on runs easily is upsetting. I'm glad we have tony and a guy like davis those guys seem to get the yards zeke used to get without the power, but with more wiggle/speed

Same reason several other vet RB are unemployed. The RB market has been devalued.
No one wants these aging guys who can be replaced with much cheaper guys with fresh legs. That’s the RB market today
That may change with some camp injuries but it’s just not a great time to be an older RB in the NFL today
RB’s have a short shelf life
