Impressions from pictures of Cowboy golf

Just looked at some pictures from the Cowboys golf tournament.

Some good impressions:

-Matt Johnson looks ripped

-Tyron Smith looks impressive

-Even Doug Free looks like a big, muscular guy

Not so good impressions:

-Livings and Brau(? spelling, guard) both looked soft

Even T.crawford looks good , Austin , Carr ,Hatcher, B.Carter, Witten all look ok.

K.wilbur looked bulked up , may be not ripped ...

As you mention Livings and Bernie & Cook looks fat and soft.

I wouldn't worry too much about the physique of your OGs. They actually looked to be in decent shape by NFL OG standards.

The thing you have to remember about Bernadeau is that training strength is not an issue for him. He has won the strongest man in the NFL contest before. He is immensely powerful in both upper and lower body. When he gets beat it is more technique and being slow off the snap.

A good example of physique and OG play in this past draft was Chance Warmack who is way softer in the middle than either Bernadeau or Livings. It didn't stop teams from making him a top 10 choice.

The guards looked like NFL OGs are supposed to look. Tyron Smith and Crawford are not the typical body types for DTs and OTs

Bernadeau looks about right for a Guard.

Livings looks thin for a Guard.

Tyron Smith looks like a Greek God.

Phil Costa must have paid to get short playing partners that make him look really big.
