First off, i have to say that i was mortified that we tried to throw, throw, throw when we had the lead in the mid second half and Romo should've been even more careful after the first pick six and considering how we were running the ball. The second was just a bad throw with a fluke ending. The third int was a chuck that had me screaming ***!?!? However, when i watched the replay from behind our backfield, i noticed that the safety's torso looked like his waist was even with the goal line. The giants were wearing dark blue jerseys, the endzone is Dallas blue, not far off from the giants blue jerseys. The giants helmets were also blue. Romo later commented that he flat out did not see the safety there. If you look at it from the replay angle i saw, the safety seemingly disappears because of the dark blue on dark blue. just thought i'd share a perspective i'm not sure if anyone else noticed. I'm sure someone can dig up the replay i saw and post a screenshot.

true, that was mentioned after the game, that looked like the safety was hidden but romo must look for the safety, thats on him too, in that case he must throw the safe pass because bennett was wide open in the flat and could have gotten a first down;

Somebody else posted something similar to this. If bbgun was here, he could post a screen shot? Where is bbgun anyways??

Well then, I hope we never wear our road blues at home because they're the identical blue of the end zone. By the way, I don't buy this explanation. Not for a second. Bad throw by Romo. Even with the safety deep, he still had room to get it to Hurd. Bad decision and bad throw.

The angle you see from the camera is not the angle Romo has.

Doesn't matter if he didn't see the safety when he made the throw. Romo has to check down if he can't find the safety (and probably should have audibled to a run at the line). The safety was between the hashmarks and 15+ yards deep at the snap. It's first down, the Cowboys were gashing the Giants with the run, had just taken the lead, forced a three and out, and were at midfield with a chance to take control of the game. That's not the time to gamble.
