He's not going to coach forever. STILL think BP is the man for the job. Think he's done alot for this team. BUT....Sean Payton HAS TO GO. Doing the same stuff over and over that got him stripped of playcalling with the Giants. Heres what I think we need to do for the future..........The guy I would be after is Gary Kubiak. Would like to see Payton let go after seasons end with Kubiak hired in the same role, Off co/asst head coach. Think he could do a world of good for our offense and would be the logical choice when BP does retire. Think about it.....12 years as an asst coach, learning from one of the brightest offensive minds that the NFL has. Always heavy on the run game and controlling the clock so he would fit BP's style like a glove. I ask you, if not HIM , then WHO after BP retires? Zimmer...?...NO WAY. Payton...hellllllllllll no, Stoops?....hope not. Kubiaks the man and the best option available. Kills 2 birds with one stone. Shorterm he comes in to fix the offense, longterm he replaces Bill.

And YES, I do understand it would be difficult for ANY off co to have success with the kind of production wev'e gotten out of the o line this year. But still, Ive seen enuff of Sean for a lifetime. He's gotta go.

If Parcells retired, I would most certainly not be comfortable with going with a coach from our existing roster.
