The single most important thing that separates the good teams from the rest is coaching. Good execution is the result of quality coaching.

Maybe we have great coaches and just brain dead players for the most part.

Win or lose we always make it tough on ourselves with the stupid penalties, and disorganized and undisciplined stuff.

It can only come down on the coaches. If what you're doing isnt working you try something different to get it to work. Just like parenting, you find something that works for your kid specifically.

Mediocre coached teams will always be mediocre! For this team's fans, just hit the replay button from last year. Or the year before . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

We were awful with penalties and mistakes under Parcells, Phillips, and now Garrett.

The only common denominator is Jerry Jones. He doesn't play the game, but no matter what coach is out there we still make the same stupid mistakes.

Head coach is everything. Not only the clock management blunders that this guy does, but the ability to tame down a wild QB at times. Like instead of throwing on a longer then 10 yard first down need, reeling the qb in with a runnind play and then going for 3 points. So at the end of the game you dont need to go for a 2 point conversion. Looks at the Niners. The difference is 100% the head coach.

Im not defending Jerruh here, but, all the penalties and stupid stuff is the players and coaches. Ultimately it comes down to the coaches.
