I'd be a little suprised if Arkin is active. I assumed that if Waters was active/started, that they'd go with Bern as the only other active guard.

We're not going to carry four running backs on the active roster. Dunbar is healthy, so Randle gets bumped. Eventually I think he will replace Tanner, but obviously not yet.

Again, stunned that Beasley isn't active. I guess the special teams numbers are edging him out.

Interesting... They seem to prefer Costa as the backup center as opposed to using Bern as both the backup guard and center.

Probably because they've added Spencer to the mix.

Rayford may not be practicing as well as the other guys.

i thought they would want as many pass rushers as possible, as this scheme is predicated on pressure. Not sure they need 2 interior OL backups active.

That's why I threw out the practice comment. I wouldn't be surprised if others are showing better.

True. They could've inactivated Long. They said that Rayford could play some at DT as well as DE. Just waiting to see what Rayford has because he got so much praise during the preseason.

He will be active every game. He is the backup center. Mack is the emergency guy.

I would have went with Rayford over Spencer this week. Spencer needs to show me he can stay healthy and not be rusty. And 2 days of practice is not enough time to prove it. We'll see. I hope Spencer plays well. Although, I am intrigued by the potential of Rayford and would like to see him on the field. Also, this is probably Spencer's last year here in Dallas so we need to see what the others have.
