I love Ratliff, but ripping up his contract with two years left, given his age is one of those head scratching decisions that drains a fan of any hope the organization can ever get it right. Having said that, it couldn't happen to a better guy that was underpaid for many years, but you just have to be cold in the NFL biz if you want to remain competitive long term....imo
