I thought the Parrish signing would be good for us. I think he just hasn't grasped the system yet and that's why he isn't playing. Just my opinion.

Nope, Parcells said he doesn't play special teams, so unless he is a clear starter at FS, he doesn't deserve a spot on the active roster.

Yep. Parcell's has also grown fond of Elam, and would be hard pressed to replace him on the active list with Parrish at this point.
