Yes, there are individual accomplishments
But they are not achieved without the help of others
This is the ultimate team sport in my opinion
I’m not sure why , some still seem to think it’s an individual assessment.
No one does it by himself , in football. Not even a kick returner. The punter, the field-goal kicker it takes a team.
And if you’re going to win a championship. It takes an organization plus.
I know it’s fine to compare one player to another. But that’s not a true assessment.

Last year's ridiculous display of individualism by Dallas in beating the Eagles backups in a meaningless game should have been a lesson learned. It is great when people earn big accomplishments in the course of a winning season, but who cares about the league leader on a team with a losing record? Or an individual accomplishment on a team that loses on wild card weekend? The Cowboys played their starters and lost in the 1st round of the playoffs. That is a fail IMO.
