Info on going to one of the skins games

I live in MD...I've probably gone to 4 dal/was games in DC over the last 6 years or so..i like craigslist the most..I try to get quality seats..I usually spend about 200-250 a ticket to sit on the 30-40 on the LL or club level..takes a lot of research though bc most tickets in that area are priced a bit higher

The parking situation is horrendous. The best plan is to just chill out and tailgate after the game as well. I believe there's a Ruby Tuesday's close as well, a lot of people go there for dinner after the game... Avoid it like the plague, horrible service and you'll wait for hours to get your food. Haven't tried the Golden Corral though.

don't, Bugaboo Creek Steak house would be my recomendation, but I've never been there after a game.

Meh with the parking. Take the metro. It's probably about a mile walk each way, but in the end is much faster getting in and leaving the stadium.

Don't sit in the way-upper bowl...it's an insanely long haul up from the highest-level entrances into the stadium from the concourse.

The timing for the game this year really sucks, as it's the Sunday before Thanksgiving. There's a chance that I may have already left for T-giving vacation by then and may have to miss the game... not sure yet. I haven't missed a Dallas game here at Fed Ex in about 10 years.

As for tickets, I'd advise waiting as long as possible until the game gets here. Fed Ex is a huge stadium seating-wise, and the ticket market has REALLY softened here over the past few years. Dallas week is obviously the biggest attraction here, but you can still pick up tickets on the secondary market if you're patient. While it seems risky, you can also pick up tickets on game day for a reasonable price if you have a gambling mentality.

Also, the Redsk*n fans always think they're going to be awesome at the beginning of the year, so there will be a bigger demand for tickets early on... if you wait until closer to the game, it's likely the Redsk*ns will have collapsed by then and it'll be much easier to get tix.

Obviously, if you find a good deal before then, jump on it. I just find that as the game gets closer the tickets start appearing... especially if the Skins are struggling.

Sad to say, but this is true. Dallass week is always a big thing though, so regardless of the Skins' record, its a big sell. I don't think you'll see a huge price drop. Just keep your eyes open.

The actual stadium sucks though I haven't been since they've installed the new screens. The experience for Dallass fans is pretty tame in comparison to Philly. I went with my brother, his wife and brother-in-law (all Dallass fans) and overall, despite the 17-0 score, nobody gave us problems (I'm a Skins fan). We had one group of drunken Skins fans yell something at us but we ignored it and most Skins fans were very reasonable, including those in our section. We all admitted the Boys were just a better team. Should be a good experience, though I hope you are treated to a crushing Dallass defeat.
