I do think he will be a Cowboy again, unless you want to draft another TE in the second round.

I don't think Escobar's coming back. I think Witten, Swaim, Hannah, and Gathers will be the TEs competing going into the season.

He saw Rico at the beginning of camp and end of camp.
Rico did not looked like he belong at the beginning of camp.
Rico looked like he belong (though very raw) at the end of camp.
He saw the recent video with Rico catching all those passes.
He said Rico looked substantially better in the video than at the end of camp, even assuming those are his highlights.
Nothing on blocking though.

Hanna
He heard some better news.
Still not sure about microfracture surgery.

I am intrigued by Rico. He does sound a little cocky though.

Rico has to make the team, not given a spot. I don't know, at the end of the day Escobar really hasn't been given much of a chance here. His best attribute is catching the ball, haven't gotten many chances to do that.

i agree with you, but if Swaim is Daks guy, than hes his guy. He just seemed to make Swaim better. So im not high on Rico as others if Swaim is the guy.

I look forward to seeing where Rico is within his development, Swaim I think he can be a good TE for us. Hanna about at the end of the rope, he has talent but is constantly injured.

yes he is, i dont doubt that, but injury might sideline Hanna, but you are right, i think Hanna is better all around. The only thing i side with tho is "who does the QB like more" and if its still Swaim, i have to side with Dak, give Dak the players that work best for him.

Hey guys, Hanna had micro-fracture surgery and Swaim seems to have injury problems too. They just
extended the General for 4 more years and yes, they (FO) covet a TE big enough to help with blocking for
Zeke. I'm not sure Hanna will retain enough speed after his surgery to be effective and Swain now has to
recover from a broken foot. I don't know if Rico can be an effective blocking TE but, they seem to think
he has a chance. We'll see in TC. Will they draft another TE in 4 weeks...Still to be determined but, Garrett
does love him some TE.

I saw mentions that Hanna was having surgery that may eventually lead to microfracture surgery in Aug 2016. I did not see anything on Hanna actually having microstructure surgery...
