As I recall, Garrett liked him in the draft. He might be a modestly priced alternative. I'm pretty certain he'll be a FA this year.

This may be , along with drafted RB, why JJ is signaling hard to keep both Dez ( who will stay) and Murray ( unless at the right price)

That actually isn't a bad suggestion depending on his price tag. I think he really 'manned up' this year but.... it was a contract year. I could easily see NO and DAL doing a switcharoo at RB if they have more cap space.

It depends on what the price is. A 1 year 2 million dollar deal i'm for. But in his "contract year" didn't really impress me enough to warrant giving him big money. Honestly, i'd rather go with Randle if its between him and spending money on Ingram.

Randle is still under contract so it would be a similar RB tandem if Ingram was added with probably a little more of a split than how Murray/Randle were during the year. I am with you though, he has to be affordable or DAL should get one in the draft.

you have to be crazy, Richardson had a golden opprotunity at Indy to be a star RB, he is currently #3 on their depth chart.

IDK what happened to him in Indy. He was nice in Cleveland. Maybe its just not the right fit. A Vet Min contract hurts nothing.

Yeah but Randle is on his rookie deal and cheap. I'd rather go with Randle and Dunbar and use the money we'd use on Ingram on the defensive side of the ball.

Trent? When was he nice in Indy? He wasn't much there either just everyone credited that to him not having a quarterback and teams simply stacking the box on him. But then he got to the Colts and got even worse. Its rare you can commend the Browns on much but to flip him for a 1st rounder was remarkable. Colts probably outbid themselves there.

Im not in favor of Richardson at all, Ingram imo isnt going to be seeking a big deal, and someone earlier mentioned Kniles Davis which wouldnt be a bad option either, im not sure of his status though.

True but then are we going to stop being a running team? We see Randle with an avg of 3.6 carries a game and now would be asked to take on a much bigger role, even if he shares with Dunbar. I like Randle I just do not think he would be much of a work horse.
