usually teams that are healthy at the end of the year have better chance in playoffs. with key players missing on defense, Steele out, Smith lost and now having to play RT, this team is playing a lot of their depth and there is a reason those guys aren't starters.....they are not as good. Joseph sucks. giving up a 59 yard TD pass.... you are a freaking 2nd round pick in your second year. bad tackling. 190+ yards of rushing.

so injuries are catching up. we are limping into playoffs. this defense can't win anything like this so its either we score 40+ points. or we lose. that simple.

The loss of players is underrated.
It's hurting us big time.

Not turning the ball over in your own territory and not throwing pick 6s would help the defense a lot.
so that last pick 6 is Dak's fault? really. that's what you are going with...Brown bears no responsibility? I guess next time we will ask Dak to walk it up and put it in his belly like a RB, given Noah is incapable of making a simple 4 yard catch that hit him in the hands exactly where it needed to be....you are pathetic

not giving up 190 yards rushing. not giving up 500 total yards helps a little. maybe just a little...

Dak lives in your head, rent free given you are incapable of talking about anything else.

Trevor Lawrence's defense gave up 34 points just like Dak's did.

The difference in the Jags and Cowboys today was talent at the QB position.

yeah. Our offense held the ball for over 33 minutes in regulation. handed a 17 point lead to the defense starting the second half.

where is the defensive culpability? you are blaming every loss, every bad play, on Dak, including the pick 6, which was obvious that it was Noah brown

Do you think Dak is better than Lawrence?

You shouldn't be surprised by this anymore.

They want to blame Dak for a bad throw in a 40 point victory. Of course they will contort facts to make it his fault entirely.

Or a moronic coaching staff that doesn't force the other team to use all it's timeouts with under a minute and a half to play.

I get the Dak stuff and most of it is true but this was a 34-31 win in regulation but then the coaches and defense failed.

lets play your game. Lawrence is better. he is #1 over all pick. he should be better.

but Dak, who is less than lawrence in your book, led the offense to 34 points. so did your boy Lawrence. against a defense with multiple starters missing because of injuries. what's your excuse for Lawrence not scoring more given he is better than Dak?

and what the heck does comparing the two have to do with anything.... you make zero sense most often. you are so singularly obsessed with ranking of QBs....that's all you do and argue about, where does Dak rank!!!...you need a new hobby..

the defense had 1 sack against a team missing two starting tackles....and gave up 190+ yards rushing. 500 total yards. and its Dak's fault.

simply put, Dak has to lead the team to a score every time. if that doesn't happen, we have no chance. if Dak doesn't do that. he sucks.

so what's the excuse of the defense to get only 1 sack against two back up tackles?

That's somehow Dak's fault too. It is not even enough for Dak to be blamed for this INTs, now some want to blame him for the defense playing poorly as well. Now some are saying implying that NFL defenses don't have to do their job and don't have to stop opposing offenses from getting 500 yards, according to some there is no need to pay defensive players big money anymore. Since the QB apparently now controls how the defense on their team plays game in and game out.

some of them said: "but those interceptions tire out the defense", then you show them TOP and its 6+ minutes to cowboys advantage...but the interceptions....but we scored 34 points. but we had a 3 and out they said...

the fact is if Dak and the offense don't score on every possession, people will complain. we have to score at least 40 points a game to have a chance. this defense is reeling right now. 190+ yards rushing to the Jags....

I hope you're charging Dak rent. I could start a thread about the weather and your reply would be about Dak. :muttley:

Even in threads about the defense playing poorly, he tries to make it about Dak. Even suggesting that Cooper Rush would have had the magic touch to make the defense play like the 85 Bears defense today. The two back up tackles being out for the Jaguars does bring up the question why the DLine couldn't get more pressure on Lawrence. But I guess some will find a way to blame the defense's lack of sacks in the last 2 games on Dak. lol
