Injury Updates?

Any read on our injury status? Bennett? Newman? Whoever?

Newman's day to day, apparently. Bennett likely out. Scandrick 3-4 weeks with an ankle sprain, Jenkins sprained his shoulder when Burress hit him, but I think he'll still play since he re-entered the game.

Newman was very close to playing last night. I haven't heard anything but i would assume he would be practicing this week and ready to play Sunday.

Jenkins sprained his shoulder but said he's OK.

I think we can lock down on most offenses by then.

Because of the pressure administered by Ryan with flood blitzes & corner blitzes, these Line backers and safeties should have a field day intercepting the ball.

And as bad as Newman and the other 2 guys looked last year, they won't have to hold containment that long with the pressure Ryan brings.

Really hate that Scandrick is out. Still upset that we weren't able to bring in some more CB depth. I guess we gotta give the young guys a chance. Hope they can step up, especially since we can't 100% count on Newman and Jenkins being completely healthy next week.
