I especially liked hearing about Byron Jones. A good player who frustrated me a little by not making more plays on the ball. He's been solid, but not spectacular. Given the changes in the secondary, the team needs him to step up, and by all indications, he's doing just that. His intelligence, drive, and work ethic give him a great chance to take that next step this year.
