actually it's not even close to being the same thingIrritated disk probably = bulging disk.
Like I said just preseason bee stingsGlad to hear. Put some ice on it and rub some dirt on it. All these guys are going to eventually have back problems (bulging discs) if they don’t already.
Just like when they told us Romo had a cyst in his back but it was really a disc.actually it's not even close to being the same thing
I understand your point. But a bulging disc. Is a disc that's actually leaking fluid. You also could have a herniated disc leaking fluid and out of place. All you could just have a bruise on a muscle pressing against a disc. But my point was there all different injuries different lengths of recoveryJust like when they told us Romo had a cyst in his back but it was really a disc.
Or when they told us last year Tyrons back is better than ever but he still missed time bc of it since its most likely a disc and not a "stinger"
Yeah I think its just we shouldnt trust their medical reports. Its historically been worse than actually reportedI understand your point. But a bulging disc. Is a disc that's actually leaking fluid. Yes I've been training for over 40 years. I train with a 2 x football running back I'm very proud of that because he's trained with the best in the world. I don't know why I said a a bulging disc leaks fluid when I know it doesn't. It has to be herniated your correct I spoke too fast. But the bottom line is I was responding to someone else who said something totally different. Posts get cross referenceDisc has to be herniated to leak fluid, and just to be clear, this is not associated with spinal fluid.
Bottom line, there's nothing torn, no nerve root impingement, and no surgery needed.
I know I know I know. I'm not sure why I said that when I totally know the difference. I was speaking too quickly in the bulging disc does not necessarily have to be hitting nerves. Most likely it is but it doesn't have to . And I disagree you can rehab a herniated leaking disc I've done it personally more than once on myself. I just had four screws. And to fusions I am very familiar with what happened back there. Again I made a mistakeA bulging disc is not leaking anything. It's bulging and pushing on the nerves causing numbness, pain and weakness. I once had a bulging disc @ L4/L5 which is now deemed a degenerating disc because it's remained bulging but is now leaking. A bulging disc can be rehabilitated to return back to normal. The latter can not.
It better not be associated with spinal fluid LMAO Goodnight IreneDisc has to be herniated to leak fluid, and just to be clear, this is not associated with spinal fluid.
