Shouldn't Ware have gotten credit officially for a sack on that play? He had 0 sacks according to NFL.com Gamecenter...

I think you are correct. The official stats don't get updated until Tuesday Morning I think.

No sack is awarded when an intentional grounding is called. It's just a loss of down and the ball is spotted where the QB was when he threw it.

It should have been a safety too...These refs are getting out of control. We had to burn two challenges to overturn two horrible calls.

I thought the person closest to the QB was credited with a sack when intentional grounding is called.

It was not a bad call. The QB was not in the endzone when he threw it and that was pretty clear on the replay.

That was a terrible challenge by Wade. It was clear that Romo fumbled. It was not even close.

It also was not a safety. Dallas got him and pushed him back into the endzone.

I agree. The replays worked well. Romo did fumble, Crayton did fumble and the challenge by Wade on the Minn catch was correct as he did not have control. I agree Wade should not have challenged the Romo fumble

I hate when coaches waste both their challenges in the first half. That could really come back to haunt you in the fourth quarter.

Jackson hadn't taken a single step in the endzone when he threw it. It shouldn't of been a safety.

What should of been a safety was when Chris Canty missed Taylor 3 yards in the endzone a couple of plays later.

Um we lost the first challenge as Romo did in fact fumble it. The second one was the problem as we had to burn our last challenge on what was clearly not a catch.

True. I had no problems with the refs or replays in this game. On Romo fumble at 1st I thought his knee may have hit the turf but seeing replay it was clear that it was a good call.

Yeah. It was the right call on the fumble. The bad one was on the catch that clearly was not a catch and which forced us to burn our challenge.

True but replay did what it was designed to do. It was a bang bang play and the ref was looking for the WR feet being down what he did not see was the WR bobbled the ball as he was going down.

I thought the rul of thumb was that one ref looks for the feet, the other for the ball. If so, not sure how the bobble and dropped ball at the end was missed. My fear then was that we blew two challenges in the space of four plays and it could hurt us later but it didn't so all is good.

Childress' challenge was ******** as it was clear the Barberian was in the end zone, and in any event, there was no conclusive evidence he wasn't.

No, just two per game. If you make two challenges and get both right, then you earn a 3rd challenge.

What bothers me about that play is the back judge ran up to the side judge clearly asking him if he made the catch. I think he saw that he did not have control but they dont want to overrule a fellow official.
