The 2 elite prospects left are Ruggs and Thomas. Ruggs wins by position need.

I’ll be surprised if there’s much discussion...won’t be the 1st time this board shocks me tho

I'd really like to trade down to the Patriots (Love). I also think a few teams might like to trade up for Thomas

Lets vote on this one

With such a deep WR group; I hate going WR in RD1....
But cant pass on

Worst case scenario. Thanks for the meaningless week 17 win Garrett. If this isn’t a trade down it’s a disaster no matter who they pick.

Ruggs is John Ross 2.0
Another OL? No thanks.

just ugh.

Ruggs is a no-brainer here.

Also; he's less Ross and more Tyreek Hill.

Also, part two. Don't give up on Ross. Cincinnati is football purgatory and Andy Dalton might lose to Cooper Rush in a throwing distance competition.

If that Jefferson pick was Ruggs it’s be really tough.

But Ruggs is 2nd on my board and gonna make the most impact so he’s my pick.

Yeah, that can happen to athletes who maximize themselves every day in practice and weekly in games, and then don't run their hardest again for 2 months.

We used to never let our guys run 40's during off-season or in-season. Too many kids hurt themselves. You constantly hear at The Combine: "running the 40 for probably the last times in their lives".

If he's had a history of hamstring pulls, then I'd be worried. Ruggs hurting himself at The Combine is a non-issue for me.

I really Xavier McKinney, think he is a swiss army knife and would help this secondary no end, think in year 3 could be making the calls back there.
I like zack baun too, easily the 2nd best pass rusher in thus draft. Not sure how he fits in this D but cos old man rod had gone thst doesn't concern me so much
And then Ruggs , who has the one thing thus team needs , SPEED and because I dont trust Dak to elevate others around him, this makes sense.
I'm torn

Gotta go Ruggs, he would open this offense up like never before. Safeties can’t cheat down in the box to stop Zeke, they can’t double Cooper, they constantly have to worry about the insane speed and YAC that Ruggs is capable of. I think his game translates well from college to the NFL and he could basically be Tyreek Hill. I don’t see how you pass on that.
