Interception by Glenn?

I reviewed a replay of the interception by Glenn on the 4th and goal play, and I don't think he was ever touched. He got up after the interception and started celebrating. One of the Charger players tried to take the ball away from him (and I think did), but the refs called the play dead. Anyone that taped the game should look at this play and see if you see what I saw.

I believe his knee touched the ground. Ragardless if a defensive player is touched, once that happens he is officially down and it is ruled a touchback.

Glenn caught the ball and fell down over the receiver. Glenn's back hit the ground.

isnt it if ur knee touches the ground even if not touched your down. ty law did that today.

Is that just an end-zone only rule? If you have the ball and fall down, I know the play isn't over until somebody from the other team touches you, whether your knee touches the ground or not.
