The commish of the UFL says even though they are a pro league with a Fall product trying to get spill over fan interest and build support, that they are sort of a developmental league for the NFL. All players are free to sign with any NFL team when the UFL season ends in 3 weeks or so. They will all have 6 or 7 games of film on them and he admits most players signed with the UFL just hoping to get picked up for the last few games of ther NFL season. After all they only make $6-10,000 a game with the UFL. I find that pretty interesting. Its an option if we get an injury or just have a need for some niche or backup position.

I didn't even know they were playing.

Stopped and watched a little bit of a couple games while clicking mindlessly through the tv stations. The games are on VS. Looks like attendance is really bad though. One of the games I saw had JP Loseman and Bollinger as QB's.

yeah 1/2 the games are on Vs and half are on HDNet. Four teams play a 6 game schedule. The coaches are Haslett, Cotrell, Fassel and Dennis Green. The stadiums are empty.

Bollinger (759) and Losman (465), Quinn Gray (276) are the 3 leaders in passing yards. ------ http://www.ufl-football.com/stats/player/passing
Cory Ross (227) , Tatum Bell (123) , Marcel Shipp (108) are the top 3 in rushing yards. ------ http://www.ufl-football.com/stats/player/rushing
Taye Biddle (278), Adam Bergen (115), Craphonso Thorpe (108) in receiving yards. ------ http://www.ufl-football.com/stats/player/receiving

That is one good game for Miles.

Those are through 3 games of the UFL season. It doesn't look like Losman and Gray have played in all three games with those totals or they just played poorly. Same with Bell and Shipp.
