Interesting developments at CB - Carr to RCB?

Broddius is breaking something I found interesting that Dallas might be considering Carr at RCB and Scandrick over to the main LCB position. It certainly makes sense. The move would be made to help Carr gain his confidence back. Also, Claiborne who has surgery to repair torn petaller tendon from Oct also had his other pateller repaired. So had surgery on both knees. It might take little longer to get back but who knows maybe he is healthy and shows something.

They started moving him over to the right late last season.

which should help dallas in negotiations because Carr can't expect to receive close to $13 mill being right cornerback and not even best CB on team now. On positive note he played RCB in KC so I am hoping we see bump in production from him.

This is irrelevant if he won't agree to a pay cut. I really hooe he does. If not he will be a June 1st Cut and CB just became the glaring need that will have to be addressed high in the draft. Likely RD2 if not at 27.

Carr will be cut.

Did they? I honestly did not notice that. Were they putting Scandrick on the Left when they were doing that?
Did you notice how Scandrick performed on the left side when that did happen?

No doubt Cowboys are taking a CB or two in this draft regardless, this would apply to the Mo and Carr situation.

I think he only gets cut IF the rookie draft pick shows he can be starter from get-go.

You think they will pay him half a billion dollars that he's due? I don't think they could if they wanted to.

Carr will be cut.

I think he's gone if he doesn't take a paycut.

CB is then our #1 priority in the draft I think.

The signings of McFadden and Hardy have reduced RB and DL as a need with the first choice.

Safety to me is also a position we could upgrade, too.

Not necessarily -- there's still time for Carr and his agent to do what's right and renegotiate a paycut. Players and their agents oftentimes say things hoping to get what they'd ideally like to happen but oftentimes, when push comes to shove and reason sets in, fairminded people can agree. It's not hopeless, just disappointing as things now stand. Maybe the stubborness, or perhaps posturing, can be reconciled to reasoning it out. We'll see.

Right Left cb does this make a difference? Teams will always throw at your weakest link back there.

One question. why would any player or his agent, renegotiate a pay cut when they don't have too? the idea that they should do what's right is a joke.some of you guys need to live in the real world.
