The Pats won the game. There is no conspiracy. The Ravens screwed themselves with a dumb interception and an ill-timed timeout. If there is a conspiracy, then point a finger at the Ravens.

Billick should have done a needle in to the arm motion back at Harrison, although the kiss was pretty darn good.

Yup, I agree. Harrison taunts just about every game that I've seen him play. I don't get it, why is it necessary to taunt HCs.
Simple: He's a dirty player, always has been alway will be.

That would have been funny.

If there's any place where the NFL emulates the NBA, it's the disparity in how they protect QBs based on star power.
Please don't say that... That's a great fear of mine. Goodell can arbitrarily suspend lawbreakers all day long for all I care, but he ever directs the NFL to be like the NBA where the stars get all the calls... :(

It's bad enough that the NFL is turning into six-man football with no touching WRs, no touching QBs (except for Boller last night), no calling holding unless it can be seen from space... But if the stars get to play by different rules than the journeymen, that's when I start looking for cheap tickets to Tibet.

I'd rather see them lose their first round in the play-offs...

yep...it's much more fitting end to their season to get eliminated in their first round. if they make it to the superbowl, they have a 1 in 2 chance of taking it home, and i'd rather not take that chance (even though if we were fortunate enough to make it there, and we see them, we have a great chance to win because they will be in for a surprise)

So Moss admits that the late holding call was different than how they called the rest of the game...........

He just wanted to make it seem like the game should have been different in their favor... "if they would have called that earlier I would have had 2 more TD's and the game wouldnt have come down to the last few minutes"

Keep in mind that logo he has on the side of his helmet.
Is there really any reason to like Rodney Harisson?

I really dislike that guy.

But if he were a Cowboy.... :D
I don't know if there is a player I dislike more in the NFL. Maybe Merriodman

Rodney Harrison:

1. one of the dirtiest players in the NFL
2. known steroid user
3. constantly runs his mouth
4. plays for the Patriots

Not a lot about him to like. No way would I want him to be a Cowboy.

Vince Wilfork with his signature "dive at the QB's knees" move -

I saw that last night and could not believe they did not call Wifook on that. He does that constantly. He is always lunging at the QB's knees.

He has been in trouble before about that very same thing.

Talk about irony it is the same types of things they have been getting away with defensively for years.

Thank you. They are the EXACT reason that you can't chuck anybody more than 5 yards downfield after Ty Law dry humped the Colts receivers down the field in the playoffs a few years ago. It was Balt. having 13 penalties to NE having 2. I doubt that Randy has much to complain about.

You can put Mike Vrabel on that list for me! He is a class A jerk. Last year or the year before when they played the Panther's at Carolina he cought a TD, and ran to the stands, acted like he was going to give the ball to a little boy, and jerked it back when the kid reached out for it. He is a bum. It will be interesting to see how their old backers, Junior, Teddy, and Vrabel hold up down the stretch. They already are getting run on and can't cover a lick downfield. I think someone like the Jags could really give them some problems in the playoffs. They can run it, and are so physical up front.

Exactly, but New England's recognized that rules have been put in place where such tactics will no longer be allowed. Now, they have become what the colts once were in order to take full advantage. Their reversal is very smart considering the NFL is now a passing league.

On the holding call that gave New England another chance last night...

"Hell, the weren't calling that for 3 quarters, it's about time they got it right and made the call"...

funny he doesnt mention the half a dozen or so TD's he's got this yr from obvious push offs on DB's in the endzone

I wonder how Rodney Harrison did not get a taunting penalty for the actions in Billick's face. If he doesn't get fined it's a joke. There's no place for that in football.

This is the one that got me.

The very definition of taunting and nothing was said or done about it, brutal.
