I thought it would be fun to create a thread where people can share interesting or unique sites with each other that most people have never heard of before.

The rules are as follows ..

1) Do NOT post or embed any advertisements
2) Do NOT post or embed any links to well-known or even somewhat known sites
3) Do NOT post or embed any links to forum, chat or discussion sites
4) Do NOT post or embed any links that contain referral/commission tags in them
5) Do NOT post or embed any links to social media pages, sites or services

.. more will be added as needed ..

As always, too many rules. :D

If you like the old MS DOS games or even old Arcade games. You can play them here.

A buddy and I love the old Rastan arcade game. I go here to play it from time to time. They have tones of other games too.

The site below has a lot of old games for download for a lot of old gaming platforms ...

My Abandonware - Download Old Video Games
https://www.myabandonware.com/

I use both of these from time to time. They're great!

And there is this:

I'm a BIG Elvis fan and one thing I enjoy is collecting Elvis CDs...particularly concerts.
A valuable resource for me is the great site https://elvisoncd.com/

if you're an Elvis fan....its a must.

This is not a joke. Although it might have a large number of users, there is also a good number of vets out there, or families with vets out there, that do not know about it or has not had someone help them on it. Now there is a good sized population of elderly verts who will not mess with computers (My Dad for one).

However I have found this to be very useful once you get it set up and you are in the VA system.

It has your appointments laid out including the ones you did attend and future ones.
It has online results for various tests
It has your list of medications, how many refills you have left before you need to get more. You can order the perscriptons you want to take on your list, others you do not have to order.

They have a nice message system for you to ask questions to your primary doctor and they are good about getting back to you on that as well.

I have had a pretty positive exp so far with the area VA clinic and main Hospital.

I think if you are vet it would be wise to sign up for the app, get your login approved and processed at a VA. If you have a relative and you are the one who normally keeps track of their appointments and meds, you can have your relative sign up for it and you can log in and keep track of things.

Way to take care of our vets, man!
