Wade Phillips currently has a 74-51 regular season record, for a .592 winning percentage. If he goes 12-4 this season, he'll have a 82-53 regular season record, for a winning percentage of .607
Tom Landry's career winning percentage... .607
Yes, yes, I know. Landry had a .556 playoff record (not to mention he coached 418 freakin' games) and Phillips is 0-4. I'm not trying to make any point here, just pointing to an interesting oddity that is in contradiction to what a lot of people say about him. (and btw, I'm still in favor of replacing him after this season )
