If even a lil bit of this is true, heres our hope that he could be available at #9. If he is indeed a safety, and shouldn't really be at CB, that of course still works for our team. But since he would be a project at safety, that could make him drop a lil if indeed others share this opinion.

It is also interesting to see what happens if a team does draft him as a CB, cause if he fails at that, he could be seen as an early bust until he is moved to safety. Put him at safety and let him develop there, then you don't have to worry about this issue of failure affecting him mentally.

Guess the question is, is Peterson a CB or safety. At least there is hope he will drop.

I honestly don't know enough about him to question the blogger, but if for some reason our scouts have him as an or Ed Reed/Troy P type player, I would do anything that I can to get him. Those type of players don't come along often.

Ahhh its under the sticky for draft websites posted by Hos in the draft zone right now.

I knew it was you, but I think it is a very interesting take on it, something I have thought about also. By the very least, its hope that PP will be available when we pick, and I thought it was something that needed to be presented here.

It does make alot of sense really and you have to question what the teams ahead of us think about PP.

The best FS's have instincts where the ball is going so they get there first. They are able to sniff out the plays early. is there any hint that Peterson can do that?
