Commanders D last season...would you agree among the better defenses ?

If not, how many NFC teams were better ? Bears and...

Brandon Lloyd was on the 980 yesterday afternoon in DC, and the hosts asked him what he thought about the skins and snyder and now becoming one. He said something to the effect of "They pay alot of money"

It was so classic. Not how he thinks the team is good or that he wanted to play for Gibbs or anything football related. It was all about the CASH.

Don't the skins ALWAYS win the superbowl in March?????:laugh2:

probably doesnt hurt that the skins have a HOF coach and an OC whose offenses are #1 in yards and TD's over the past 5 years. oh, and they were actually in the playoffs.

That al saunders #1 offense had the best line in the league. The left side of that line is so fantastic in KC. Willie roaf and brian waters. Brian waters can get down the field and pull better than anyone in the league. He is a converted tight end and it shows. Your line is good, but not in the class of that chiefs line.

That left side of the chiefs offense, wow that was good.

The final touch that told Antwaan Randle El Washington was the place for him was not anything Commanders coach Joe Gibbs said to him, but a request Gibbs made of him.

"He asked to speak to my wife," Randle El said at a news conference yesterday. "She was kind of blown back by that."

Gibbs is an expert at such small touches. And that, plus millions more in bonus money than the Chicago Bears were offering brought Randle El, perhaps the top wide receiver available in free agency, to the Commanders.

i know that was a joke, Randle El, the best receiver in Free Agency. I just love there sense of humor
