A little context here, Rod Wright DL Coach of the Houston Texas has arguably coached one of the best Defensive Lines in the NFL. Rod Wright is a young up and coming DC who is someone Jerry could hire relatively cheap (like Jerry always does) and has been under the tutelage of DeMeco Ryans for 3 years.
When it comes to DC for the Cowboys,,,, I want a defensive coordinator who comes from an outstanding defense....a DC who's defense's are tops in the league....a DC who could be here for the long haul. If Jerry cant hire, Leonard, Flores or Schwatz...and I doubt he does, I would like to see someone like Wright get an interview....we know Jerry is cheap, but Wright could fit the Cowboys needs and fit the price Jerry is willing to pay a DC. Wright could be a diamond in the rough.
