LMAO, some of the changes in IOS 5 is a blatant copy of Android.

Instead of the pop up notification on the iphone, it now scrolls across the top, like android.

Iphone now has a pull down noti bar, like android.

Putting the camera button on the unlock screen. Android can do this with any app, not just the camera.

The wireless sync from the phone to the computer is neat. I might be brain farting but I don't believe Android can do this? I might be wrong.

I know dropbox allows a user to wireless sync from computer to phone though.
the new droid bionic does this

Wireless sync sucks.

Sitting here trying to re-organize my apps and the screen keeps freezing and popping back to a certain app page because a new one is added.

Sync some deez, Apple. Sync some of DEEZ!!!

So on Sunday, I was researching snakes in a nearby creek and my backpack, iphone4, and I took an unintentional dip straight into the creek.

Then in my idiocy I tried to turn it on (which is supposed to fry the phone).

Somehow, last night at 3 am some urge got me to try charging my phone...and it worked, and everything's working perfectly. So now I guess I'm getting this upgrade if you guys think it's worth it.

I put my iPhone 4 in something called the "Otter Box" defender case. That thing has probably paid for itself 100 times over by saving my phone when I drop it (not to mention all the scratches). It isn't waterproof but it is just about everything else proof.

I might look into that. I actually take pretty good care of my phone, no scratches, etc, but I didn't have a stopwatch, so I brought my phone along, keeping it in my backpack, thinking that I wouldn't be taking a dip :

It's not completely water proof, but it is mostly water resistant.

If you dropped it in a stream and picked it up pretty quickly and took it out, I think it would mostly protect it from the water.

Ugh, just went to update my iPhone and it lost all my apps cause I nudged my phone on the dock during app restore. Now I gotta reset up everything.

I'm updated though... not a lot to do, but the wireless sync is pretty cool, I guess. I still wish we'd gotten an iPhone 5.
