I am glad Sterling Sharpe is on NFLN, he is a good analyst, but how did Joe Theismann get on that network

The ESPN pre-game is pathetic now. I don't know if it can get any worse than Chris Carter. Keyshawn is pretty bad too.

Theisman actually isn't that bad...

I agree, and I was really suprised about that. Must be something with ESPN that brings out the worst in people.

With NFLN, Theisman is just sticking to facts seems like or not being outrageous etc. And I used to Hate Theisman when he was with ESPN. Not only was he not insightful there, but downright dumb on some of the stuff he used to say on Sunday Night games he did.

That segment was great. No idea why they quit doing it.

Supposedly the felt it was glorifying people getting injured and felt that they "influenced" guys knocking players blocks off just to get on the highlight. Yeah, they were arrogant enough to think they had THAT much power.

Also, Chris Berman was supposedly a driving force behind why that segment was removed.

They really need to stop letting really old guys call the shots.

No offense to anyone.

NFLN is awesome. faulk is a great analyst, Sapp has his moments and Irvin is great. I wish they had Gruden and they need to replace thier insider LaCanfora...cant stand him

The substitute segment, "Cmon Man," is actually pretty funny.

I couldn't stand Shefter at first, but he really turned it up a notch and he was one of my favorites when he left. I'm hoping the same happens with La Canfora.

I'm watching GameDay Final right now. Michael and Mooch would be so much of a better combination than Deion and Mooch, or Deion and Michael. I'm starting to get tired of Deion's act.

And how classy is it having Pat Summerall narrating the intros and outros? Awesome.

I could be wrong, but I believe they stopped doing the jacked up segment after that kid from the Bills was paralyzed on the special teams play (though he is still on his way to a miraculous recovery).

I don't know, he has a lot of making up to do for the analytical abortion he produced at ESPN.
