Who know's what motivates players/coaches...that being said....does a Super Bowl appearance get Mike McCarthy in the HOF?

As far as Coaches go- they need to put in Air Coryell first and before any more coaches. Thats ridiculous he's not in. I think MM may have to win a second Championship to get in the Hall, I don't see him as a Hall of Fame coach right now, myself.
