He must be because we stopped giving him the rock. I don't understand the play calling. They mauled Denver on the ground in the first half, then we started throwing. Of course, if the passing game worked, I wouldn't second guess it, but it didn't work because Romo was off again. The game was too close to abandon the run. We even stopped the short passing game with the running backs like we did early on. It's a head scratcher to me. My conclusion is that Barber is hurt, but I haven't heard any mention of it.

He sure didn't look it, as soon as he left the game all the energy completely drained out of the offense.

He may have been on a "carry count," sort of how MLB pitchers are on a pitch count.

He was hurt going into the game. You could tell early on he was still favoring his leg. Then he ripped off some good plays and looked ok but I really think it was just adrenaline.

I agree. He is the lifeblood of the offense. He didn't appear to be hurt, but they stopped calling his number for some reason.

I don't know, it sure looked like he was limping a couple of times, but he looked good on other occassions. I really don't think he's 100%.

Agree, I think he hit the wall and would not be as effective as Choice.

Well I wish they would've saved some of those carries for the second half. We could've used them in a tight game.

What are you talking about? What wall? He looked like he was ready to tear the Broncos apart with his bare hands.

We averaged 3.1 yards per carry during the first half. And we tried running the ball during the second half, but most of the carries either got stuffed or called back by a penalty. Losing 3 yards when you run on first down pretty much forces you into passing situations.

absolutely. it definately would've helped.

I thought Choice played well tonight....

We didnt need Barber to reinjure himself....he was hurt....

The Bronco's forced us to beat them with the pass....

we didnt execute.....WR's made few plays....Romo was off most of the nite....

The WR's did get open, Romo either didn't find them or had too much pressure to find them or when he did find them, he couldn't hit them.

It's non sense to present facts like that to this crowd.

WR's were open, they just missed the opportunities with poor throws or bad reads. I saw it on numerous plays.

Something is wrong with Romo.

He has no confidence and tunnel vision. He's scared out there.

aikman said the same thing brainpaint: he's still hurt......and it showed.

Is Barber hurt again? He was hurt coming in.

I agree with you David, Romo almost has to be hurt.

That has very little to do with his accuracy issues, and I've noticed too many throws that dont appear to have the same zip or as tight a spiral as he normally throws with.

I have no other evidence, but like with Ware, I think we're going to find out at some point this yr or after the season that Romo has an injury, and its probably to his elbow or shoulder. It could be something as simple as bone spurs in his elbow. Or it might be something else. But alot of these throws he's missed this yr he made routinely from 06- till he was hurt last yr.
