I think Cadillac Williams will get some consideration: 1st ever NFL start, 150 yards or something like that.

Doesn't matter who deserves it, Michael Vick will probably win it.

I think Willie Parker RB of the Steelers will get the player of the week with his 161 rushing yardage.

Vick? he was the liability on that team. Great defense, running game. He made one throw when he had all day. He routinely missed wide open receivers with that scattershot arm. If he EVER completes more than 50% of his passes, it'll be a type-O.

Problem with Caddillac, he had what? 26 carries and 151 yards? Something like that.

Take away his 71 yard run and he wasn't very impressive.

Vick gets in the Pro Bowl with a lower QB rating than Testaverde last year because he's a glorified runningback. Name one NFL analyst that's not a Michael Vick groupie.

Vick can't throw a football

That doesnt matter does it

Who cares if Bledsoe had the highest QB rating in the league of anyone throwing more than 11 passes. I think it will go to Cadillac or Rattay that way everyone can scream cowboys bias.

I agree Vick was 12 of 24 156 yards sacked 4 times had 2 Fumble and 1 Int.
But he is a Super Star!!!!! I'd put him right up there with Barry Sanders. LOL

Hope he doesn't win it, he doesn't deserve it. He got 70 yards on 1 run late in the game.

That's the whole point I was making. Vick could go 1 of 35 for 2 yds and 10 interceptions, and he'd still be "the most electrifying player in the NFL" and go to the Pro Bowl, all the while receiving unwarranted accolades from whatever jagoff is announcing the game at the time.

Oh I agree which is why I have stood up for Price, he is getting the blame for Vicks inability to actually sit in a pocket and hit the WR coming out of the break. Vicks WR are not the problem the problem is when they run the rout and they come out of the break Vick is off doing his Barry Sanders impression. I'll maintain I think Vick is the best athlete in Pro Football but I don't think much of him as a QB at least not yet, not until he can show the ability to work from a pocket.
I know some around here will bring up guys like Young,Montana,Elway and other guys who were mobile but one thing these guys all had in common was they could kill you from the pocket or outside the pocket. Jerry Rice did not put up his big numbers by Montana or Young running at the drop of a hat.
