Canty carries at least 225 of that below the waist...he's got to have the biggest butt and legs of any guy in his size category in the league.

That said, the fact that he needs to lose weight is not a good sign...nothing to be worried about, but clearly he's not coming in chiseled from a great offseason like Ware.

It's a cliche, but the front seven must make the difference this season if we go deep into the playoffs. Yesterday, as I watched the great Cowboy teams of old, I realized once again just how good our defenses were on those championship teams. We need this defense to rank in the top five in the league. Can they do it?
