Is Dak getting Railroaded? Maybe unintentionally

It probably isnt a good idea to exclusively run the quarter back long on planned plays, but if he feels he can break out and gain momentum back and make a good play with odds of not getting creamed, dont hold him back. I don't think Dak will work out being an exclusive passer, but only time will tell. I feel some of the games we won were won because of Daks running ability.
Nobody is holding him back. He can take off anytime he wants to.

Well that clears things up then. It also answers some of my questions regarding if they are holding him back.

And TBH, I posted these questions in response to a lot of talk the offensive coordinator was playing too conservative with DAK in the Giants game.

What do they mean when they say they were playing him to conservatively? Did I interpret that wrong ?

I think it would almost guarantee it.

Pretty, much 100% of linebackers can out run Dak..and about all of the DEs are at least as fast. It's not like his 4.8 speed is fast or anything. Eventually he would get nailed in a awkward position and snap something.

he by far is pass-first player anyway.

Run. But run with digression.
discretion, that is
