A 7th round QB should not play for the first 2 seasons much less 7 games into his rookie year with no preseason, strength and conditioning and missing both all pro tackles.

Romo would have looked just as bad tonight in that situation. It’s why Parcells held him back as long as he did.

I saw a lot more that I liked than most on this board. Guy has enough arm to be in the league. Needs to learn to read coverages post snap.

Its a huge adjustment going from a small college to the nfl. I’m sure DEs in this league run the same 40 times as his receivers in college.

no preseason, short offseason. The guy had to start in a tough situation. There is a reason romo sat his first few years.

He’s the greatest. I’d sign him Now to 50 million. We can build a dynasty with trickery . We’d get high first round picks for years.

Obviously the Daksters are thrilled he didn’t pull a Romo out of the hat. Lol

He looked as good as all the garbage QBs from 2015. Having said that, he at least has a good excuse.

What were you expecting from a 7th round rookie with no offseason in his first start behind our JV OLine vs a good DLine?

The Oline actually blocked pretty well tonight, albeit a handful of plays. DiNucci simply looked horrible on all levels. Struggled reading defenses. Weak arm. Overthrew/underthrew open receivers. Stared down receivers. Held on to the ball too long. Struggled to secure the football. That sidearm throwing motion hurt him more than helped him.

Exactly...........the dude looked like straight up trash and who the hell taught him to throw a ball like that, horrible mechanics.

No doubt in my mind whatsoever that DiNucci is our franchise QB. He’s the next Tom Brady and tonight’s game showed that. He carved Philly apart. He did the Patrick Mahomes side throw and everything. Kids got that Italian spice.

I’m just kidding. Maybe.

Well you dont have to worry about garbage time stats and points now, its going to be FGs from here on out......Enjoy;)
Yep just like the old days when Dak lead offense kicked FG after FG after FG......do you really want me to dig out the stats?
Ya didn't think so......

36 points per game with Dak................yeah, best you walk away now before getting embarrassed.

I need to honestly ask...

Dude, do you really believe this narrative you've married yourself to?

Straight up, let me be clear, If Lawrence falls to the Cowboys I think they should take him. Might be wrong on that. I like the risk/reward when we talk about the contract and possibilities.

But, man. I wish I could go back to the old Dallas Official Message board when you were super on board with Dak and called him the chosen one.
